Superb and rare set of three leg tables from the French designation Raphaël Raffel dit Raffel.

These three tables have a rectangular glass tray and rest on an atypical base whose profiled shape are split in two.

This set is a beautiful representation of the elegance of French furniture from the 1950s.

They are worked in a light wood that is the cherry tree offering them a certain brightness.

The finesse of the base and the presence of a transparent glass top bring lightness to these tables.

Raffel notably worked with the Honoré house in Paris. Large furniture house in the same way as the house Jansen for example.

His work is now recognized as one of the most successful and subtle.

The veining and the nodes of the wood still grant a little more relief.

These legs have great decorative potential.

They are slightly varnished.
